This happens consistently even if I move those applications back to the non-primary displays, after I navigate my virtual desktops again I will find the windows moved. Upon moving between virtual desktops I find that the bash consoles, windows file explorer, edge browser window, etc all get relocated from their original positions on the non-primary monitors over to the primary display. Example of an application not assigned to any zone would be git bash consoles (2x), windows file explorer, and one or more Edge browser windows.
